Chef Vatche was born in Beirut, Lebanon in 1968. As a child he moved with his parents to Greece, Vancouver Canada, and finally came to America in 1982. His culinary training and his passion for cooking started in his mother’s kitchen, but it was his formal training at the California Culinary Academy/Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco that began his Career as a chef. Since his graduation as one of the top students in 2001, Chef Vatche worked in professional kitchens of Eldos Grill & Brewery in San Francisco, CA, prestigious White Orchid, Peppermill Casino in Reno, NV. He participated largely in opening four new restaurants in Chukchansi Casino, Coarsegod, CA. Cooked as a Sous Chef in the beautiful four star resort Tenaya Lodge, Fish Camp, CA; enjoyed teaching students as a culinary school instructor in Fresno CA.
Cooking is his passion and it is this feeling of passion that makes Chef Vatche’s cooking unique and exquisite.
