A Kitchen Built on Craft
Cracked Pepper Bistro is a chef-owned fine dining restaurant in Fresno, California, serving guests since 2006. Our 100% scratch kitchen is built on in-house preparation: we cut and age our own steaks, make our sauces and syrups, and squeeze our juices fresh daily. Enjoy steaks, seafood, craft cocktails and house-made desserts, with indoor and patio dining at 6737 N Palm Ave. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday from 4:30 PM.
Our Coffee Program
Our coffee program is powered by Sanctuary Roasting — our own specialty coffee roastery in Clovis. Every espresso drink and cup of drip on our menu is made with beans roasted weekly at Sanctuary. Shop the roastery at sanctuaryroasting.com.
